Questions
How do I earn points?
Sign in and order on buttasgrabba.com. Points are added to your account automatically. There's no code to type.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still get points?
Yes. Create an account with the same email you ordered with and tap Claim your points on your order confirmation. Each order can be claimed once.
When can I use my points?
Points show as pending right away and become available 14 days after your order ships.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Points from that order are removed. Partial refunds remove points for the refunded items only.
Do Hot and Smooth earn the same?
Yes. Small and big boxes earn the same points whether they're Hot or Smooth.
Can I earn points on Buttas I buy in stores?
Not yet. In-store receipt rewards are coming soon.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without any account activity. Any order or redemption keeps them alive. Rewards you've redeemed expire 90 days after you redeem them.
Do master cases earn points?
No. Points are earned on boxes ordered on buttasgrabba.com. Master cases and wholesale-priced items aren't eligible.
Buttas Rewards is for customers 21 and older. One account per person. Points are earned on box orders placed on buttasgrabba.com; master cases and wholesale-priced items are not eligible. Buttas Hot Grabba may update or end the program at any time.
